Blizzard
My son sent me these cute photos of Blizzard. He was spending the evening with his Aunt Brandi, Uncle Matt and Cousin Revae. Isn't Revae beautiful?! I love her curly hair. And Blizzard is exceedingly cute! He has the sweetest little smile. I can't wait to be with him in person...

Update on Revae
Many of you are praying for my son's niece on his wife's side as she fights cancer. Your prayers are appreciated! I thought you would enjoy seeing Revae as she approaches her first birthday.
As you can see, her hair is starting to regrow. Doesn't she look awesome for all she's been through? God is so great!
Although Revae is finished with her radiation treatments, she continues to have chemotherapy and will for the first part of the summer. We're definitely praying that her treatment will be able to end due to great scans soon.
For a little girl who was diagnosed with cancer at barely six months of age, who has endured surgery, chemo, radiation, and all that accompanies those treatments, Revae retains her sunny expression.
Please continue to pray for Revae, her parents, grandparents, and all of the extended family as they look forward to a hopeful future.
I hope you've enjoyed these photos of a survivor!

Helping Revae
Revae with Santa at Children's Mercy Hospital
My oldest son JD and his wife Janel have a niece who was diagnosed with cancer in mid-December 2015. She was six months old at the time and was diagnosed with a Wilm's Tumor. She underwent successful surgery to remove the tumor ant the kidney it was attached to. She also completed radiation treatments. She is now facing 25 weeks of chemotherapy.
Revae and her parents, Brandi and Matt live in Manhattan KS. They will travel to Kansas City Missouri once a week for the chemo.
As you can imagine, this is a very stressful time for this young family. You can help by praying for them. Also, JD set up a GoFundMe account for Revae. You can find a link for it here.
Please feel free to share Revae's story and GoFundMe page with anyone you think would be interested in praying or contributing.
Thank you so much for praying for this precious baby.
