I have four children; Jessica (42), JD (40), Katie (39), Zach 36). My in-law kids are: Adam, Janel. I also have five beautiful granddaughters and three terrific grandsons whom you will see featured on the blog constantly. My husband Dan and I have been married since April 1981. He is absolutely my best friend in the world and I love him!
What I want you to know about me:
I am a Christian. This means that I believe that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God. I believe that He came to earth to live as we do, was crucified on the cross, died, rose again on the third day, is alive today and will return at some point in the future. I believe that I am saved because I have asked Jesus into my heart after confessing my sinful nature and asking forgiveness. I am not perfect. I still sin. But I have no doubt that God is always with me, that Jesus has redeemed me, and that the Holy Spirit guides me.
I am extremely organized. I love to de-clutter. If I don't have anything to de-clutter at my house, I'd be happy to come to your house and de-clutter it!
My interests include:
- cross-stitching (alright, I'm obsessed with it)
- quilting (I'd like to be obsessed with it)
- scrap booking
- reading
- music
- anything having to do with Christmas
